As an IACET Authorized Provider, ProCert Training, LLC, ensures that your learning experience meets the national standard for continuing education and training. IACET Continuing Education Units (CEUs) provide the foundation for licensing and certification programs worldwide.

What is a CEU?
ProCert Training, LLC, awards continuing education units (CEU) for successful completion of designated courses (signalled by the IACET logo).

CEU stands for “Continuing Education Unit”. One (1) CEU equals ten (10) contact hours of participation in a course that is delivered under responsible sponsorship, capable direction and qualified instruction.

By using CEU as a measurement of both length and standard of training, units, organizations, professional associations, agencies and other groups are able to monitor and enforce the standards that help them meet regulatory mandates and earn the trust of the people they serve.

IACET CEUs are recognized by learners, instructors, regulators and employers worldwide. Additional information on the Authorized Provider program, IACET CEUs, and IACET requirements can be found at IACET’s web site: www.iacet.org.

Who accepts IACET CEUs?

As a standard-setter for continuing education and training (CE/T), IACET CEUs are recognized by a wide range of organizations including professional associations, regulatory boards and corporations.

IACET CEUs are transferable; however, it is up to each organization to choose whether or not it will accept the CEUs. For this reason, it is strongly advised that individuals and/or organizations confirm in advance if a particular professional organization or other body accepts IACET CEUs. Please note that CEUs are NOT the same as college credit units; as such colleges and universities will generally NOT directly accept CEUs for college or graduate credit.
